The guesthouse Wakamatsu is located in the Kiso region of Shinshu, where the remnants of Edo-era lifestyles and mountain worship remain.
In this nature-rich setting, surrounded by mountains on all sides, we invite you to slowly savor the day's climate, weather, nature, local ingredients, and air.

Concept
コンセプト

wakamatsuのコンセプトは「花と休息」です。このコンセプトには、「花の息吹を聞き、心の休息を取る」というメッセージを込めています。wakamatsuにお越しになるみなさまにとって、少しでもこころ穏やかな時間になれば幸いです。

The concept of the Wakamatsu guesthouse is "flowers and rest". This concept conveys the message of "listening to the gentle breeze of the flowers and taking a rest for the mind". We hope that for all who visit Wakamatsu, it will be a time of gentle calmness for the heart, even if only a little.

Food
料理

wakamatsuで提供する食事は、薬膳や自然療法の文化、また、精進料理にもヒントをもらいながら、その季節ごとの食材を使って作っています。基本的には、四つ足（牛や豚などの四本脚の動物）を使用しない、軽精進料理となります。

The meals at Wakamatsu are based on the principles of traditional Japanese cuisine, such as yakuzen (medicinal cooking) and shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine), Our dishes are avoiding the use of four-legged animals like cattle and pigs.

宿泊

古く、あまり広くない建物のため、1日1組の貸切となります。食事をご希望の場合は、お1人様あたり別途料金をいただきます。 ご希望される場合は、予約の際にお申し込みください。 （準備が必要となるため、直前のご予約はお断りする場合がございます。）

基本料金：1泊1名14,300円（税込・2〜3名様でのご予約をお願いしております）
料理付きプラン（夕・朝2食）：お1人様あたり +4,400円（税込）

※アメニティは、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープ・バスタオル・フェイスタオル・ドライヤーのみ用意しております。化粧水・部屋着などの用意はございませんので、ご注意ください。
※お風呂は、平成初期に作られた、ごく普通の一般家庭用のお風呂になります。
※寝室は8畳の一間となりますので、3名様でのご宿泊の場合は少し窮屈かもしれません。
※台所はスタッフ専用になります。お客さまにご利用いただくことはできません。

Wakamatsu can only accommodate one group per day on an exclusive-use basis. If you would like meals, there will be an additional charge per person. Please indicate your interest when making your reservation. (As preparation is required, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute bookings.)

Basic rate: ¥13,200 per person per night (tax included), with a request for 2-3 guests per booking.
Meal plan (dinner and breakfast): Additional ¥3,850 per person (tax included).

*Amenities provided are limited to shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, hand towels, and a hair dryer. Items such as cosmetics and loungewear are not available, so please plan accordingly.
*The bath is a standard household-style bath, built in the early Heisei period.
*The guest room is an 8-tatami mat size, so it may feel a bit cramped for 3 guests.
*The kitchen is for staff use only and not available for guest use.

Cancellation policy
キャンセルポリシー

施設準備や食材調達の都合上、やむを得ずキャンセルとなった場合や無断キャンセルをされた場合、以下の通りご請求させていただきます。 少人数で小さく運営しておりますので、どうかご理解ください。

7日前までのキャンセル：合計料金の20％
前日午前中までのキャンセル：合計料金の50％
前日午後～当日のキャンセル・無断キャンセル：合計料金の100％
※悪天候や自然災害などやむを得ない場合や、施設側の事情による営業不可能な場合はキャンセル料はいただきません。

Due to the necessity of preparing the facilities and procuring ingredients, we regret that we will have to charge the following cancellation fees if a reservation is canceled or a no-show occurs. As we operate a small-scale business, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Cancellation up to 7 days prior: No charge
Cancellation before noon on the previous day: 50% of total charge
Cancellation from the afternoon of the previous day to the day of stay, or no-show: 100% of total charge
*In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control that make it impossible for us to operate, we will not charge any cancellation fees.

wakamatsuでは不定期で、中国茶会、喫茶などのイベントを開催しています。イベントのお知らせはSNSで行っておりますので、ぜひご覧ください。

We hold irregular events such as Chinese tea ceremonies and cafes. Event announcements are made on social media, so please be sure to check them out.

wakamatsuのコンセプトに合わせてセレクトした商品や、wakamatsuオリジナル商品、また、古道具や古美術などを販売しております。

We offer a selection of products, original Wakamatsu items, as well as antique goods and art pieces for sale.

wakamatsuは、ヨガ教室、茶会、個展、撮影、展覧会、その他ワークショップ等、さまざまな用途にご利用いただけます。お気軽にご相談ください。

基本料金：15,000円 / 日（10時〜17時 ※相談可）

※原則、一度ご来店いただいてからの申し込みとさせていただきます。また、企画の内容によって利用可否の判断をすることがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
※長期のご利用をご希望の方はご相談ください。長期割引もございます。
※当スペースは住宅街の中にあり、近隣は一般住宅となりますので、大きな音を出すような企画はご遠慮いただいております。また、騒音には十分にお気をつけください。

Wakamatsu can be used for a variety of purposes such as yoga classes, tea ceremonies, solo exhibitions, group exhibitions, and other workshops.

Basic rental fee: 10,000 yen per day (9 am - 5 pm, negotiable)

*In principle, we request that you visit the space first before making a reservation. We may also need to consider the nature of your event when determining if the space is suitable, so please understand.
*For long-term rentals, please consult with us. We offer discounts for extended bookings.
*The space is located in a residential area, so we ask that you refrain from events that generate loud noise. Please be mindful of noise levels and the neighboring houses.
